But it is getting more and more strange today.
does anyone do a customer usability test these days ? or is it just too expensive and no one cares anymore?
i mean, if you wanna sell xyz, why do make it so hard to even contact you in a simple way if there are any questions?
get a person, let this person try your website, at least the basics.
if this person struggles, think about what customer might "experience"
also, you have to "register here" to get xyz or in contact, sucks hard!
Plus then you have to click to "5 layers" until you are at your target.
